1. Overview

Lazarus AI subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis through PayPal. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then.

This policy applies to all paid tiers: Basic, Pro, Legacy, and Family Legacy. The free tier requires no cancellation.

2. How to Cancel

You have two ways to cancel your subscription:

Option A — Via PayPal (recommended)

Log in to PayPal

Go to paypal.com and sign in to the account used for your Lazarus AI subscription.

Go to Payments → Manage Automatic Payments

In the top menu, click the gear icon → Account Settings → Payments → Manage Automatic Payments.

Find Lazarus AI and click Cancel

Select your Lazarus AI subscription and click Cancel. PayPal will confirm the cancellation by email.

Option B — Email request

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" and include the email address on your account. We will cancel within 1–2 business days and confirm by email.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. When you cancel, you retain access for the remainder of the period you've paid for — no prorated refund is issued for unused days.

5. Exceptions & Special Circumstances

We may issue refunds or account credits at our discretion in the following situations:

All payments are processed by PayPal. For unresolved billing disputes, you may open a case directly with PayPal via their Resolution Centre.
