You must be at least 18 years old to use Lazarus AI. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may not share your account with others, create accounts for the purpose of circumventing subscription limits, or use automated tools to access the Service.
Lazarus AI offers a Free tier and paid subscription plans (Basic, Pro, Legacy, Family Legacy). Paid subscriptions are processed through PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize PayPal to charge the applicable recurring fees to your payment method.
All billing disputes must be directed to PayPal. We are not responsible for payment processing errors or disputes.

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Lazarus AI, including photographs, biographical information, and personal memories. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and use your content solely to provide the Service to you.
You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions for any content you upload, including photographs of deceased individuals. You must not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights or violates any law.
You agree not to use Lazarus AI to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or if required by law. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Upon termination, your access to the Service will end and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lazarus AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to emotional distress, data loss, or reliance on AI-generated content.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or appropriate.
Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Florida.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
